Daon implemented IdentityX across mobile, web, the contact center, and internal access control, enabling biometric authentication through finger, face, voice, and IVR call authentication. The results included cross-channel passwordless authentication, reduced fraud and account takeover risk, and major cost savings: by moving 75% of simple calls to IVR, the credit union saved millions in the first year, with additional millions saved through legacy software remediation.
