Weightmans, a top 45 national law firm, partnered with Damar Training to pioneer new pathways into the legal profession. Damar provided comprehensive apprenticeship training programmes, including Paralegal and Chartered Legal Executive pathways. The solution delivered significant results, with 48 apprentices trained since 2016. The partnership produced standout successes such as Jordan Coulton, a national award-winning apprentice who quickly became a valuable, chargeable team member and demonstrated the clear business benefits of the programme for Weightmans.
