Max Mara Fashion Group, a leading international fashion house, needed to modernize its product image and data management to support growing e‑commerce demands and eliminate slow, manual transfer and approval processes across photography, retouching and product teams. To address this, DALIM SOFTWARE’s online-proofing solution DALIM ES was deployed as part of a broader DAM/PCM workflow for image approval and publication.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s DALIM ES was integrated with the Chalco.net platform and HSL photography workflow to enable barcode-driven image ingestion, real-time notifications, remote post-production, annotated approvals and high-resolution colour-accurate previews (including the Compare function). The new workflow handled more than 100,000 images in the 2015 seasons, with ~20,000 images passing through the ES approval process (about 4–5 images per product), eliminating the need for everyone to be onsite and significantly speeding up image approval and publication.
