The Marketing Store, a leading agency of about 1,000 employees across 10 global locations, needed to speed up retouching and approvals, reduce outsourced proofing costs, and improve collaboration between geographically dispersed teams. In 2008 the agency implemented DALIM SOFTWARE’s DIALOGUE (deployed via Chicago reseller/integrator NAPC) to add softproofing and streamline project reviews without adding IT complexity.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s DIALOGUE was integrated with The Marketing Store’s Xinet prepress system so local market approvers worldwide could view, mark up and approve files online while comments were automatically consolidated and tracked. The solution made approvals effectively instantaneous, saved the Chicago studio 8–12 hours on color approvals, enabled a large global packaging project to meet tight deadlines, and cut manual consolidation and outsourcing overhead.
