Tapestry is a Soho-based independent multi-disciplinary creative production agency and a long‑time customer of DALIM SOFTWARE, having used DALIM LITHO, TWIST and DIALOGUE Engine for decades. By 2016 Tapestry’s bespoke “Symphony” system (knit from Xinet, DIALOGUE Engine and FileMaker) could no longer cope with fast‑growing, multi‑platform work for clients like Sony and EA: workflows became too complex, security vulnerabilities multiplied, scalability and user management were strained, and maintenance costs and manual steps were rising.

Working with DALIM SOFTWARE (and integrator IO Integration), Tapestry implemented DALIM ES as the central DAM and client portal, integrated with DIALOGUE Engine for soft‑proofing and TWIST for automation, and moved the system to a secure data centre while reducing FileMaker’s role. The new setup was delivered in weeks (built from Oct 2016 and in client testing by Jan 2017, with bookings from mid‑Feb), dramatically sped up asset filtering and searches to seconds, improved security and scalability, simplified maintenance, and converted the in‑house system into a viable sales tool — validating Tapestry’s long partnership with DALIM SOFTWARE.
