Lenox Corporation, a long-established maker of fine tableware and giftware, needed to protect its reputation for exceptional visual quality while streamlining a complex pre-media production process across print and web channels. To meet this challenge North American Color, Inc. partnered with DALIM SOFTWARE (providing TWIST workflow automation and DIALOGUE soft-proofing) and Hyphen‑Italia’s Chalco.net suite to centralize digital asset management, product photography, approvals and final file delivery.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s TWIST and DIALOGUE were integrated into NAC’s NACTools/Chalco workflow to automate image processing, file conversion, preflight and PDF generation, enable online proofing and approval tracking, and feed assets and metadata into the Chalco.idb DAM. The result was tighter project control and coordination, faster turnaround and greatly improved speed to market, with measurable gains in automation, approval cycle efficiency and cross‑media consistency thanks to DALIM SOFTWARE’s tools.
