Prismaflex International, a manufacturer of billboards, large-format printing and interior decoration products, needed to industrialize its fully digital production to control operating costs and handle both series and one‑off jobs. Facing high volumes (about 1,200 jobs/month), many non‑standard formats and inconsistent agency files, Prismaflex turned to DALIM SOFTWARE and its TWIST workflow to streamline prepress, automate preflight/passed‑proofs and connect upstream and downstream production steps.

DALIM SOFTWARE implemented TWIST to automate preflight checks, generate passed proofs from templates, adapt files for printing (adding technical edges, register marks and spot‑color data) and integrate with Prismaflex’s CAMM system and SQL database.
