McCann’s Italian branch needed to refurbish its systems to streamline production, improve services on clients’ desktops and change how it manages commercial relationships across multiple agencies and sites. To do this it implemented the MEETwg portal, built around technologies from DALIM SOFTWARE (deployed via Hyphen‑Italia) using products such as TWIST and DIALOGUE Engine.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s TWIST standardised print production workflows while DIALOGUE Engine provided online soft‑proofing, annotation and approval within the Chalco.net/MEETwg portal, enabling multi‑site, multi‑process and multi‑agency collaboration. The implementation delivered clearer, faster communication among agency staff, publishers and media providers, tighter process control and improved client interaction — generating strong interest from other McCann Worldgroup partners for international adoption.
