How the CRE RATP is consolidating its communications network with the ES portal

CRE RATP (Comité de Régie d’entreprise), the works council for RATP with about 500 employees, faced slow, fragmented communications production: subcontracted workflows, weak file transfer and archiving, missed deadlines and long reprints while managing a high volume of materials (over 600,000 copies printed in 2016). To modernize and regain control, CRE RATP ran a tender and selected DALIM SOFTWARE to implement its ES portal (branded internally as “Créacom”) with implementation support from partner Galilée.

DALIM SOFTWARE delivered a tailored ES solution with request workflows, decentralized sign‑offs, real‑time tracking, archiving and added modules (Fluidbook ePub generation and plans for DAM), plus training. The platform made processes transparent, shifted approvals to project leads, enabled reuse of archived assets and sped up production — projects that once took weeks now take days — improving turnaround, responsiveness and user satisfaction while supporting CRE RATP’s large print and digital output.
