How DIALOGUE Engine fits into Diadeis’ packaging flow

Diadeis, a pre‑media agency that centralises production packaging for major clients (for example Nestlé Purina Petcare: ~2,000 designs a year with peaks up to 200 packs/week, multilingual artwork with up to 23 languages, involving over 400 people in 46 countries), faced the challenge of remotely viewing PDF files, consolidating annotations from many stakeholders, and embedding that capability into its existing workflow and collaborative suite. DALIM SOFTWARE’s DIALOGUE Engine was integrated via API into Diadeis’ Mediabox workflow, providing seamless remote PDF viewing, centralized annotation, and document comparison (plus packaging‑specific features like ink superimposition for printers). The integration consolidates feedback into a single document, speeds up proofreading by allowing reviewers to focus only on changes instead of rechecking entire files, and supports high‑definition PDF retrieval for technical checks. The solution is now part of Mediabox deployed to more than 25 major clients and helps Diadeis manage its high‑volume, multinational packaging workflows more efficiently.
