How CRE RATP is consolidating its communications network with the ES portal

CRE RATP, the works council for RATP employees with nearly 500 staff and a very high volume of communications, faced slow, fragmented production processes, poor file transfer and archiving, and frequent subcontracting delays that hampered scheduling and autonomy. After a 2015 tender to build an in‑house production workflow, CRE RATP selected DALIM SOFTWARE to provide the ES portal to consolidate and modernise its communications operations.

DALIM SOFTWARE (with partner Galilée) implemented the ES portal—branded internally as “Créacom”—providing a collaborative request-and-approval workflow, real‑time status tracking, archiving, training, and added modules such as Fluidbook export and planned DAM integration. The solution devolved sign‑off to project leads, increased transparency, and shortened turnaround times (projects that once took weeks now take days), improved digital/print decision-making for a programme that prints hundreds of thousands of copies annually, and delivered measurable operational speed and autonomy gains.
