Gutenberg networks, a multi-channel production agency and subsidiary of DDB Group, needed a more complete packaging workflow than many client tools provided—specifically annotation and file comparison, complex validation workflows, project/range modeling and schedule updates. To build its easyPack solution, Gutenberg networks selected DALIM SOFTWARE’s DIALOGUE Engine 3 for its ease of integration, intuitive annotation/comparison, ability to handle large files and graphic‑arts–specific features.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s DIALOGUE Engine was embedded into easyPack with transparent single sign‑on and an Acrobat‑like annotation interface that highlights differences between versions. After training about 30 staff across two packaging teams, feedback was unanimously positive; proofreaders and infographists report saved time and smoother validations. Gutenberg networks is now planning to add DALIM SOFTWARE’s metadata management component to enable refined full‑document searches.
