Group FMG, a New York City–based marketing and media solutions company, faced the challenge of modernizing publishing operations for a multi‑platform world: centralizing content production, cutting supply‑chain costs, automating repetitive tasks, and creating new revenue streams (notably e‑commerce within its “solomoco” strategy). To meet these goals, Group FMG built its production infrastructure around DALIM SOFTWARE tools, using TWIST, DIALOGUE (Engine) and ES (with Xinet WebNative for DAM) as the core technologies.
Using the DALIM SOFTWARE suite, Group FMG automated workflow steps (TWIST), replaced hard‑copy proofing with DIALOGUE soft proofing and enabled online approval and collaboration via ES, allowing global sourcing and centralized cross‑media production for clients such as Reader’s Digest, American Media and Boden. The implementation sped approvals, reduced redundancy and made it practical to deploy interactive content to web, mobile and tablet—supporting higher engagement (MPA data shows digital interactive magazines drive 82% engagement vs 18% for comparable websites)—demonstrating the measurable production and commercial gains enabled by DALIM SOFTWARE.
