Global Food Supplying Company, a French manufacturer and global supplier in the food industry, needed to industrialize individualized packaging so each pack could carry personalized names and nutrition recommendations while maintaining print integrity and regulatory compliance. DALIM SOFTWARE was engaged to re-engineer the packaging graphics chain, using its ES packaging project monitoring platform and TWIST PDF automation engine (integrated with partner Galilée and CHILI Publish) to centralize assets, briefs and technical checks.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s solution linked ES for data and asset management with CHILI Publish for personalization and TWIST for print validation, deployed in under six months. The integrated system has produced 36,000 individualized packs for 29 countries to date, is on track to scale to 6,000 packs/day within a year, and delivered ROI from the first production run while increasing productivity, reducing costs and enabling industrial-scale personalization.
