ES is Making a Direct Contribution to IWCO Direct’s Workflow

IWCO Direct, a leading data-driven direct marketing provider, faced a growing workflow challenge as customers moved from traditional print to high-volume, highly variable digital production (they expanded to ten digital presses by 2014). Their basic asset management and preflighting tools couldn’t scale to support countless personalized versions, so IWCO Direct selected DALIM SOFTWARE’s DALIM ES and TWIST (installation began in 2015) to strengthen asset libraries and preflight capabilities.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s ES and TWIST were integrated via API into IWCO Direct’s end-to-end digital workflow (alongside GMC Inspire, Messagepoint, and Satori), delivering faster, more reliable preflighting, better asset review and storage, and measurable productivity improvements. The solution reduced preflight-related printer performance risks, handled high-velocity variable assets efficiently, and enabled plans for a client portal and expanded asset-management services.
