Envision AS is a long-established Danish agency that produces thousands of catalog pages each year—up to 20,000 pages annually—for major Scandinavian retailers. Facing heavy hardcopy workflows, multiple correction systems and the inability to generate soft-proofs from their existing tools, Envision wanted a single, web-based correction and soft-proofing solution. After evaluating options they selected DALIM SOFTWARE and installed ES 3 in mid‑2011 to streamline client reviews and approvals.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s ES 3 delivered online soft-proofing (including controlled colour proofing), page-comparison tools and centralized review workflows so clients and remote printers could see approved pages immediately. The system eliminated much hardproof production and shipping, sped up corrections and enabled Envision to route work to its Minh Graphics partner in Vietnam, improving turnaround and confidence that changes were implemented. ES 3 has run smoothly for over a year and Envision plans to upgrade to DALIM SOFTWARE’s ES 4 for HTML5 and faster online soft-proofing.
