Deutsch, a $2.5 billion advertising agency, struggled with inconsistent production procedures, untracked PDF/X-1a quality checks and time-consuming manual updates to art servers that hampered output and quality control. DALIM SOFTWARE implemented DALiM TWiST workflows tightly integrated with Deutsch’s Xinet DAM and job databases and used DALiM DiALOGUE for remote creative review. The solution automatically creates low‑res PDFs on every revision (overwriting obsolete files), eliminated manual librarian tasks, enabled interactive asset search/conversion, and supported remote retouch collaboration—processing more than 10,000 jobs in 60 days—resulting in faster, more consistent production, better QC traceability and improved client service.
