Imaye Graphic faced growing problems processing incoming PDF files for print and proofing: frequent errors on plates and mismatches between proofs and final output after a workflow change left proofs blank or incorrect. To address preflight and proofing reliability they initially added DALIM SOFTWARE’s TWIST Express, then later reverted to an upgraded TWIST solution when rival software introduced new errors.

DALIM SOFTWARE implemented a unified TWIST workflow split into Certification and Imposition modules, automating FTP sourcing, preflight/securing of files, and handoff into imposition. The change cut processing times by a third within a year, ensured PDF compatibility with Agfa and Kodak workflows, enabled new services (web‑optimized multi‑page PDFs and automated merging/pagination for large magazines), helped win a major customer, and provided capacity to scale across Imaye Graphic and its Easycom sites.
