IWCO Direct, a leading provider of data-driven direct marketing and postal logistics, faced the challenge of securely managing and submitting Informed Delivery assets to the U.S. Postal Service at massive scale while supporting highly variable, one-to-one direct mail campaigns. To meet strict USPS specs and preserve asset integrity across on-demand workflows, IWCO Direct turned to DALIM SOFTWARE’s DALIM ES DAM to automate asset ingestion, preflight, normalization, and secure sharing.

Using DALIM SOFTWARE’s DALIM ES—including hotfolders, automated workflows, and secure URL generation—IWCO Direct automated proofing, locked approved assets, and supplied normalized image links to the USPS via RMB mail.dat. The solution reduced manual image fixes, preserved version control, and scaled to more than two million actions on over 135,000 assets in a year while supporting assets across about 4 billion pieces of mail, earning praise from both IWCO Direct and the USPS.
