Cogetiq, a 20‑year veteran in the adhesive label market (top 60 in France, ~€7M turnover, 40 employees), faced rapidly rising file volumes—about 2,000 references/order lines per month and some clients with up to 1,500 SKUs—and needed to automate multi‑reference management and standardize proofs. To address this, Cogetiq selected DALIM SOFTWARE and its DALIM TWIST workflow, developed in collaboration with IT partner Galilée, to replace manual prepress tasks and integrate with their ERP and MyCogetiq portal.

DALIM SOFTWARE implemented DALIM TWIST to merge label PDFs with ERP XML data, automatically generate standardized proofs, send automated client notifications and enable online proof approval via a Magento integration. The solution boosted productivity, let Cogetiq sustain growth without proportional staff increases, shortened delivery cycles (from weeks to about 10–15 days), and refocused prepress teams on higher‑value tasks through automated proof approvals and standardized workflows.
