Boxer Creative, a full-service brand design agency in Birmingham and part of The Marketing Store Worldwide, needed better control and consistency in its global packaging approval workflows. Working with DALIM SOFTWARE, Boxer upgraded from DIALOGUE and adopted DALIM SOFTWARE’s ES 3 project management system to avoid cloud-based asset uncertainty and to gain a more robust user-management and approval structure across distributed teams.

DALIM SOFTWARE’s ES 3—kept compatible with the DIALOGUE engine and existing color‑calibration tools—enabled configurable workflows, the ability to designate reviewers versus approvers, and faster user and country onboarding. The result was a slicker end‑user experience, significantly reduced manual administration, a centralized audit trail for complex approvals, and improved security and scalability; regional clients even became champions of the ES 3 workflow.
