Arizona, the largest cross-media services provider in Brazil and Latin America, faced the challenge of managing high-volume, multi-region and multi-language consumer-product catalogs and complex approval workflows across many stakeholders. To meet this need it relied on DALIM SOFTWARE solutions — notably DALIM ES, DIALOGUE Engine and TWIST servers — integrated with its in-house Visto BPM/DAM to provide collaborative review, color-accurate approvals and configurable HTML5 interfaces.

DALIM SOFTWARE implemented DALIM ES for catalog approvals, DIALOGUE Engine embedded in Visto for HTML5 collaboration and TWIST for file conversion and on‑demand processing, plus integrations via RESTful APIs and TCL signaling.
