Altaimage Ltd., a specialist in high‑quality repro and digital print for fine‑art and magazine publishers, needed to move beyond traditional print into e‑publishing while keeping print workflows intact and offering richer, cross‑device previews and approvals. To do this it partnered with DALIM SOFTWARE, installing ES (and upgrading to ES3) and using TWIST for pre‑flighting, to give customers a flatplan‑based, browser and mobile workflow for previewing, annotating and signing off content.

Working with DALIM SOFTWARE Altaimage built ICE (Interactive Cloud Environment) with ES as the hub and TWIST for PDF creation. The solution streams enriched EPUB3 and PDF content (video, 360° images, links) into browsers, packages apps, supports reflow formats and uses the DALIM Kiosk for branded delivery—enabling simultaneous e‑publication and print output to meet retailer requirements. The result is stronger client engagement, new added‑value services and revenue opportunities (including digital‑only, ad‑supported projects), faster approvals and an expanded customer pipeline.
