Colortime, a Burbank-based post-production facility serving feature film and television clients, needed a better way to manage the growing volume of versions, content files, and client-specific delivery requirements while reducing turnaround time. To replace manual spreadsheet-based workarounds, Colortime turned to Dalet and its Galaxy platform, including Dalet Galaxy MAM, Workflow Engine, WebSpace, Storyboarder, and Xtend for Adobe Premiere Pro.

Dalet implemented an automated content services workflow that centralizes ingest, metadata indexing, archive access, and package delivery across Colortime’s storage and archive systems. With Dalet’s Workflow Engine integrated with Dalet AmberFin, Colortime can automate transcodes, streamline file delivery, and apply rules-based governance for each client, significantly reducing manual effort and improving efficiency, scalability, and content accessibility.
