A Dalet Flex Case Study

Migo Bridges the Digital Divide for the Mass Market

Migo, a technology company focused on emerging economies, set out to bridge the digital divide by delivering premium video and data‑intensive services to consumers with limited broadband. Faced with the complexity of managing dozens of studio deals, multiple delivery methods, and a fragile in‑house media supply chain for its retail download model (Migo Download Stations and prepaid, offline viewing), Migo turned to Dalet Flex for a scalable media packaging, compliance and distribution platform.

Dalet Flex delivered a cloud‑hosted media logistics solution (integrating with Adobe Premiere Pro and AWS) that automates content preparation, DRM, metadata, workflows and license compliance across 60 licenses from 20 countries and 1,000 titles. By enabling a telco‑independent CDN and collaborative cloud operations during lockdowns, Dalet Flex empowered Migo to update and push catalogs to its kiosks at scale (100,000 MDS kiosks planned in Indonesia), unlock a cited $150 billion global revenue opportunity, and dramatically reduce the cost and operational risk of packaging and distributing content.
