Arts Corps, a nationally recognized youth arts education organization, faced a challenge scaling its cumbersome process for collecting student attendance and payroll data from its teaching artists. DaizyLogik implemented a solution using Salesforce Communities to create a secure, streamlined teacher portal. This allowed teaching artists to directly manage their class information, enter student attendance, and submit timesheets and expenses. The solution eliminated manual data uploads for staff, consolidated all data into Salesforce for robust reporting, and improved operational efficiency. As a result, Arts Corps successfully transitioned all faculty to the portal, enabling a shift to bi-weekly pay and providing earlier, more complete insights into their programs.
