Wacoal Europe, a manufacturer of well-known lingerie and swimwear brands, needed to streamline IT across multiple offices and high-street stores, keep new store installation costs low, and build a robust infrastructure to host its premium brand and ecommerce websites. To avoid managing multiple specialist suppliers, Wacoal Europe engaged Daisy to act as a single trusted partner, providing managed IT, disaster recovery, hosting, Citrix infrastructure for its ERP rollout, and standardized new‑store IT deployments.
Daisy delivered a fully outsourced managed service — from break‑fix support for HQ, sales office, warehouse and seven stores to Citrix design for remote ERP access, a cabling/template approach that fixes store rollout costs, comprehensive disaster recovery (Work Area Recovery, Emergency Office, Ship‑to‑Site, Mobile IT Recovery) and scalable ecommerce hosting for the Leia site.
