Universal Security, a London-based specialist security supplier with more than 20 years’ experience and over 200 employees, needed a more stable, cost-effective mobile solution and a dedicated point of contact after being on a rolling 24-month contract. Daisy reviewed their existing mobile setup and recommended the Vodafone Business 2500 tariff along with BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) and BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express to meet current and future mobile and handset requirements.

As a result, Daisy delivered considerable cost savings versus the prior provider, improved connectivity and productivity for off-site staff, and expects substantial reductions in landline bills and overall mobile costs over the contract.
