The British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) needed to replace an on‑site PBX that consumed office space and generated high maintenance and line‑rental costs while also handling large call spikes around its annual exhibition. BDIA engaged Daisy to deliver a more flexible, scalable telephony solution and implemented Daisy’s CloudSelect™ Voice to modernize and future‑proof its communications.

Daisy deployed CloudSelect™ Voice with eleven handsets and a web management portal offering remote log‑in, call routing/diverting and queuing to handle peak traffic. As a result, BDIA saw substantial cost savings—maintenance is now hosted and carried out remotely and savings on line rental and calls have effectively covered the system cost—improved call quality, seamless transition, and the ability to manage and route calls from anywhere.
