Scalable Solutions Supporting Business Change

LiveWire is a Community Interest Company set up by Warrington Borough Council that runs libraries, leisure centres and lifestyle services, handling about 3.5 million visits a year. As part of a £32m consolidation into a central building, LiveWire needed a single telecommunications partner able to plan, install and manage a resilient communications platform on a tight timetable — Daisy was selected to deliver that solution, including a VoIP-enabled Mitel telecoms system.

Daisy implemented an 80-handset VoIP Mitel system, a WiFi rollout across six leisure facilities and two libraries, 24/7 technical support and a dedicated account manager, plus staff training and ongoing service management. The integrated solution created a virtual multi-office network that supports business continuity and hot-desking, sped up tendering and deployment for future sites, reduced procurement time and costs, and gave LiveWire a scalable communications platform to support ongoing expansion.
