Raphael Design, a Lichfield-based graphic design and print firm, struggled with a 15-year-old telephone system that prevented call transfers, forcing designers working from home to use personal mobiles and absorb call costs. Daisy proposed CloudSelect™ Voice (CSV) to restore mobile-working capabilities and modern telephony features.
Daisy implemented CSV, verified internet bandwidth, and supplied two company smartphones so calls could be diverted to mobiles or home lines and individual voicemail and an auto-attendant added a professional touch. The result: Raphael Design can work flexibly and maintain client communication from anywhere, with the new Daisy system delivering these improvements at the same monthly cost as the old service.
