NB Illustration, a London-based illustration agency founded in 2000 with three staff serving an international client base, was hampered by a decade-old phone system that used a central answering machine, lacked individual mailboxes and call transfer between handsets. Already a Daisy customer for its call package, NB Illustration sought a more modern telephony solution—specifically an upgrade to Mitel 5000 handsets—to improve administrative efficiency, flexibility and remote working capabilities.

Daisy upgraded the business to Mitel 5000 handsets while keeping the existing call package, giving each user voicemail, speed dial, call transfer and the ability to redirect office extensions to mobile phones. As a result of Daisy’s implementation, calls can now be transferred or redirected to mobiles, one employee can work from home regularly, and overall office efficiency has improved.
