Moss Bros, a long-established UK retailer of men’s formalwear with 150 stores, needed to modernize its dial connection to IP to support a new EPoS rollout and enable faster, secure real-time data and transactions. They engaged Daisy to upgrade telephony and networking (including VPN over ADSL, routed leased lines and voice services) to improve transaction speed, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

Daisy implemented a VPN with ADSL into branches, two independent routed leased lines to the payment gateway, a leased line with failover to head office, and consolidated voice line rental and calls. The result was real-time sales and stock visibility, much faster internet and payments (credit card transactions are now five to six times quicker), reduced downtime through automatic failover, and lower communications costs across the Moss Bros estate.
