Cost-Effective Connectivity Enhancing Business Agility

Integral, one of the UK’s largest independent property maintenance providers serving 1,600 clients across 40,000 locations, needed a more secure, reliable and manageable way to transmit growing volumes of business‑critical data between its central hub and dispersed teams. Integral engaged Daisy to review its communications estate — including its WAN, firewalls, internet access and ADSL — and recommend a consolidated solution.

Daisy implemented an end‑to‑end network overhaul: core services over MPLS with Ethernet First Mile (EFM) access, managed ADSL for smaller and remote sites, and embedded firewalls within Daisy’s secure network, unifying internet access over the new WAN. The result was a more scalable, secure and easier‑to‑manage network, a smooth transition led by Daisy’s project team, and an estimated cost saving of over £100k.
