Clugston, a UK building, design and specialist engineering firm with over £100m turnover and 500 staff, needed to improve hosting and WAN services while keeping costs and in‑house resource demands low. With a six‑person IT team, Clugston sought a specialist partner to deliver flexible managed connectivity, fast provisioning to changing site locations and secure hosted infrastructure — selecting vendor Daisy to provide WAN, hosted infrastructure, Daisy OneStream monitoring and later the Daisy Virtual Shared Platform (VSP).

Daisy designed, implemented and now manages a business‑critical WAN and hosted environment, migrating physical servers over a weekend, providing redundant links (e.g., dual ADSL per site), and monitoring via Daisy OneStream; 18 months later Clugston moved onto the Daisy VSP.
