Bell Pottinger, a global public relations firm, needed to replace the IT services previously supplied by Chime plc after a management buyout to avoid disruption to users and business processes. Daisy was engaged to design a bespoke unified communications solution, deploying SIP and network services with Mitel, Gamma and Juniper and providing 24/7 NOC coverage plus a dedicated service manager and desk-based support manager.
Daisy implemented a phased, flexible deployment—drip-feeding calls into the new centre—so resources could be redeployed with minimal downtime while new staff built confidence on the system. The Daisy solution maintained customer service levels throughout testing and training, improved performance and productivity, and ensured rapid response to issues via its NOC and dedicated support team.
