Teamflow is a collaboration product for distributed teams that creates customizable virtual offices where colleagues can work face-to-face, chat spontaneously, and share apps and documents. The challenge was recreating the natural, spatial feel of in-person teamwork in a digital environment, while adding reliable real-time video without slowing product development.

Using the Daily API and Daily’s prebuilt UI and WebRTC expertise, Teamflow was able to prototype in just three hours and iterate quickly while focusing on its unique virtual-office experience. Daily helped Teamflow deliver spatial video, audio, and room-based meeting links, enabling smoother collaboration and faster time to market; the product also saw strong early demand, with more than 1,000 waitlist signups in an hour.
