Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC), a public transport body in India, faced operational gaps due to its manual HR processes for 800-1000 employees spread across its head office and 21 metro stations. Managing payroll, leave, and attendance through Excel and paper files led to duplicate data entry and delays. NMRC partnered with Daffodil Software to build a customized, cloud-hosted HR Management System (HRMS) to automate workflows and create a centralized employee database.

Daffodil Software developed a scalable HRMS that automated 14 core HR process areas and integrated seamlessly with NMRC's Tally accounting software. The solution included an Employee Self-Service portal for staff at all stations and migrated existing data into the new system. The project successfully onboarded over 1000 employees, eliminated duplicate data handling, and provided unified access across all 21 metro stations, significantly improving operational efficiency and compliance.
