Soriana, a major retail giant in Mexico, faced a critical challenge with its last-mile delivery operations. DaCodes designed and built a new native Android app using Kotlin, prioritizing a driver-first workflow and offline resilience. The solution dramatically improved key metrics, taking Soriana's on-time delivery rate from 3% to 91% across its 824 stores. The new app also achieved 94% daily adoption from drivers and significantly improved driver satisfaction scores.
