Firefly needed a single platform to translate complex live telemetry data into clear, credible stories for three distinct audience groups: its own administrators, customer managers, and community leads, each with different needs from the same underlying data.

The solution was the design of the Firefly Glow operations console by DabApps. This platform combined fleet oversight, remote support, and tailored dashboards to turn data into actionable insights and clear narratives of diesel, runtime, and CO2 savings. The results included administrators saving time through remote monitoring and control, customers staying engaged with self-service dashboards, and community groups being able to confidently evidence environmental and financial impact, repositioning Firefly as a sustainability advocacy partner.
