Amaze supports 2 regions with DabApps’ Compass Card platform

DabApps partnered with the charity Amaze to address the challenge of modernizing its Compass Card scheme. Amaze needed a digital platform to improve how families of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) access local leisure incentives, aiming to reduce administrative overhead and create a foundation for future regional expansion.

The solution from DabApps was a React Native mobile app powered by a central API and a Django administration platform. This provided a single source of truth for content and enabled Amaze to manage updates in real-time. The results included reduced administrative overhead, improved engagement for SEND families, and a scalable, cost-effective infrastructure built for multi-authority rollout.
