The team discovered that UPS shipments on Thursdays caused most delays and that adding shipping insurance was more cost-effective than replacing damaged orders. By shifting shipping to Monday through Wednesday and changing its insurance approach, Maev reduced reshipments, improved margins and customer experience, and saved significant time on reporting and meetings.
