MVMT Watches, a rapidly growing watch and accessory brand, struggled with manual, inaccurate inventory tracking from disparate systems, which led to overbuying slow styles, stockouts on best sellers, and underordering ahead of the holiday season. To solve this, MVMT engaged Daasity and its inventory analytics platform (integrating data from 3PLs, Shopify and Inventory Planner) to gain a single source of truth for inventory and sales data.

Daasity combined those data sources and built a SKU-level predictive run-out model that accounted for promotional seasons, enabling MVMT Watches to adjust item-level promotions, merchandising and marketing. The result was more accurate, error-free forecasts, a 25% reduction in future PO costs and millions of dollars in incremental topline growth while maintaining better in-stock levels on top sellers.
