Yorkshire Air Ambulance, an independent charity providing a life-saving helicopter emergency medical service across Yorkshire, faced challenges with their previous operations management software. They required a more robust, flexible, and collaborative system to manage incidents, create a common operational picture between their flight desk and air crews, and generate strong reports to improve their response times and capabilities.
