How Safair Uses D4H To Activate Their Airline Emergency Response Plan

The South African airline FlySafair needed to improve its emergency response coordination. Its existing plan struggled with tracking multiple simultaneous checklists, coordinating remote "go teams," and maintaining a common operating picture for its incident management team during drawn-out aviation incidents.
