National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) wanted to better prepare Gen Z students for the workplace, but its pilot online course, Success Beyond Academics, was held back by LMS administration problems, poor user experience, and disconnected systems. The organization needed a way to move the program from a pilot into a public offering while improving support for students, parents, and instructors.

D2L Brightspace helped NSHSS launch the program on a more integrated learning platform, with D2L Learning Services improving course design, Zoom integration, single sign-on, payment and CRM workflows, and parent visibility through IPSIS. The results included a 27% year-over-year increase in new registrations, fewer administrative questions, smoother course completion, and strong feedback from students and parents about the program’s practical impact on employability and soft skills.
