Empowering Students with Flexible Learning

CCNB, a multi-campus post-secondary institution in New Brunswick, needed a flexible, user-friendly learning management system to expand online and blended learning, improve accessibility, and support collaboration across campuses and partner schools. With D2L Brightspace, the college wanted to make it easier for instructors and students to use the same digital tools in class and online while reaching learners with different abilities and schedules.

D2L Brightspace worked with CCNB to migrate its courses and implement a cloud-hosted LMS integrated with third-party tools like ReadSpeaker and virtual classroom solutions. The migration moved more than 98% of existing course content without issues, took 6 months instead of the expected year, reduced administrative maintenance, and gave faculty access to monthly updates. As a result, CCNB gained a more efficient platform, richer learning resources, and easier collaboration with other institutions across New Brunswick.
