Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) needed to make its national sales competency framework accessible beyond major cities, but its in-person training and paper-based exams limited reach. To expand professional development across Canada and support an accreditation program, CPSA turned to D2L Brightspace for an online learning management solution.

D2L Brightspace helped CPSA move all courses and exams online, integrate with payment and education platforms, and use data analytics to improve course quality and personalize recommendations. As a result, CPSA doubled its accredited postsecondary education partners in two years, now has 24 colleges and universities aligned to its standards, and increased access to credentials and exams for members nationwide.
