The Canadian Marketing Association (CMA), Canada’s largest marketing association representing 425+ corporate members and serving thousands of learners annually, needed a more modern learning platform to support growing demand for flexible, self‑paced, mobile learning. Their existing LMS was non‑intuitive, limited expansion and mobile access, and constrained the association’s ability to deliver branded, anytime/anywhere training to busy marketing professionals.
Following a thorough RFI/RFP process CMA selected D2L Brightspace, which delivered a clean, intuitive interface, enterprise scalability, sandbox capability and full mobile support. Instructors reported easier grading and course management, while students gave a dramatic increase in Net Promoter Score and the highest satisfaction ratings in the pilot—enabling CMA to expand its education programs and better serve busy marketers.
