D2L's solution was the co-creation of "Decoding the Code," a scenario-based learning series built directly in Brightspace. This reimagined approach used interactive multimedia and reflective activities grounded in real nursing practice. The results were significant: 93.1% of learners reported improved practice, and course development time dropped 62%, from 150 to 30 days per course. The series achieved high Net Promoter Scores, with Provisions 9 and 10 receiving perfect satisfaction scores, demonstrating D2L's impact on both learner success and organizational efficiency.
